Hi! I’m your host,
Alison Ryan, M. Ed.
Since 2005, I’ve worked in schools in a variety of roles including classroom teacher, reading interventionist, reading specialist, and Director of Curriculum & Instruction. Along the way, I’ve earned my master’s degree in literacy leadership, become certified in Structured Literacy, received an ESL endorsement, and trained in the Orton-Gillingham method.
With extensive experience helping struggling readers, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful the system we’ll cover in this webinar can be. I’ve used it for over a decade—even in a class with students whose skills ranged from Kindergarten to 6th grade—so I know it works.
Join me and let’s ditch the stress around launching centers this school year!

- Kelli G.
"I’ve been to several of her virtual classes. I teach first grade, and I think they’re absolutely awesome. I have been teaching for 37 years, but every time I watch her it helps me refresh and review what we’re teaching and how all of this works together."

Does this sound familiar?
You sit down to plan your small groups, determined to make them meaningful.
You think about your students—some who are below grade level, some who are reading ahead, and everything in between.
You try to find the “just right” activity for each group… and suddenly, the clock is ticking and you feel behind.
You want every student to get what they need—without burning yourself out in the process.
If that hits home, this webinar is for you.
In just one hour, I’ll show you how to refresh your small groups with 10 engaging, ready-to-go activities that meet the needs of every reader. You’ll walk away with practical strategies for pacing, differentiating, and keeping your groups engaging—so you can make big gains without added stress.
You deserve small groups that help your students thrive and give you your time back.
This webinar is your first step toward that.
Can’t wait to see you there,
- Alison
