About the Creator
The webinar was developed by Alison Ryan, M.Ed. Alison has been working in schools since 2005 in various positions, including classroom teacher, reading interventionist, reading specialist, and Director of Curriculum & Instruction.
She is trained in the Orton-Gillingham method, certified in Structured Literacy, ESL endorsed, has extensive experience working with struggling readers, and has a master’s degree in literacy leadership.
Alison is also the author of The Phonics Playbook: How to Differentiate Instruction so Students Succeed.
